In the future, this Contact page will link to our back end CRM system so that we can track how well we provide assistance in meeting your needs. The same system that provides leads, contact, and account tracking will be used to handle Help Desk cases by providing a place to request a ticket, track status and review past ticket history. Eventually, we will also have a more advanced appointment calendar and even an event calendar to display Zypath sponsored events, important technology information and dates to remember.
We strive to continually improve our backend services to help our clients find the information they need. Presently we have a system using Microsoft’s OneNote to provide customer billing and technical information in a secure cloud-based application, that be accessed 24 hours a day.
